Dane Cook: A Comedy Legend Returns
Renowned comedian and actor Dane Cook is set to perform at del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, N.Y., on Friday, Oct. 6. The stand-up comedy show will begin at 8 p.m. in the Vine Showroom. At 51, Cook remains a popular figure in the comedy circuit, having released multiple comedy specials and starred in films such as “Good Luck Chuck,” “Employee of the Month,” “My Best Friend’s Girl,” “Mystery Men,” “Waiting...” and “Mr. Brooks.”
Emo Orchestra: A Tribute To Emo and Punk Rock Music
Following Dane Cook's performance, Emo Orchestra, a tribute to emo and punk rock music, will play at del Lago’s Vine Showroom on Saturday, Oct. 21. Hawthorne Heights, best known for the pop-punk anthem “Ohio is for Lovers,” will open the show at 8 p.m. The Emo Orchestra, created by Ben Mench-Thurlow, promises to “bring together the emo hits of your youth with a touch of adult elegance” on its inaugural tour this fall.
